This is the first installment of “WWDW” of 2012. Happy New Year! If you’re still keeping your resolutions this far into the year (or if you’ve already tapped out), we’ve got a scrumptious alternative take on a breakfast favorite!

Sometimes you just want something warm, sweet, and syrupy in the morning. Sometimes, too, you just want to fit into your favorite jeans. Keurig has come up with a seasonally appropriate compromise!

Golden French Toast k-cups have a strong aroma and are a delicious light roast blend with the most accurate flavoring in a k-cup we’ve ever tasted! It’s no surprise that these cups are our most popular seasonal flavor.

This is the perfect “cozy-up-in-a-blanket-on-a-chilly-winter-night” coffee! We adore this flavor with cinnamon creamer and whatever sugar or sugar substitute you prefer! Unbelievably delicious!

Golden French Toast K-cups are a limited time product so if you want to try some, get them HERE!

As you should be well aware, Halloween is this coming Monday. What you should also be aware of is that Halloween is fun AND exhausting. Want to add a little less fear and a little more fun to your work day? Try this spin on a delicious cup of joe:

Ah yes, fun sized candies. Is there anything greater in the world? They give you all the sweet nostalgia of Halloweens past, but don’t add much to your waistline (It’s Halloween, treat yourself)!

By simply adding two fun sized Milky Ways (or other fun sized candies of your choosing) to your cup of coffee, you create an 80 calories beverage (not too shabby) that is filled with caramel, chocolatey, nougat-y goodness!

We recommend putting the candy bars in the cup before you brew, and helping the melting along with a spoon or fork. There will be some nougat chunks, but we like to think it only helps! Give it a shot and have a Happy Halloween!

Summer is winding down (in months, not heat), and we’re already sad to see it go. But it isn’t over yet, and a morning mini-vacation to the islands is definitely in order! That’s why Wolfgang Puck Jamaica Me Crazy is What We’re Drinking Wednesday!

So maybe you aren’t really on a vacation, but in your breakroom, or kitchen. And maybe you aren’t on a tropical beach soaking up the sun. That’s okay! The lid on this k-cup does well to make you feel like you aren’t under the fluorescent lighting of your cube.
Though it isn’t mentioned anywhere on the packaging, this Wolfgang Puck K Cup has a yummy coconut flavor (and you can get it year round unlike the Green Mountain version). There are also hints of cinnamon that really make this cup pop if you want to drink it black.

This is a medium body coffee, and just light enough to be enjoyed by everyone. Wanna give it a try? Get some here!

Though we here at Alpine Valley pride ourselves on valuing health and wellness, sometimes, we want something unabashedly sweet and filling in the morning. Instead of running to the closest bakery and scarfing a down the baker’s dozen, we opt for this rich, bold, mildly sweet blend—That’s why Coffee People Original Donut Shop Blend is What We’re Drinking Wednesday!

Not only is the packaging on this k-cup totally sweet, the contents are absolutely phenomenal. Not at all bitter, but not weak, this coffee is great alone or complimenting a delicious (dare we say it) donut! This k-cup is one of our biggest sellers to date, and we know you won’t regret trying some! Get it HERE! http://www.alpinevalleycoffee.com/coffee-people-donut-shop-coffee-24-pack-p-126.html

As much as we love drinking coffee, we love the people behind the beverage even more. Whether they take their coffee with lots of creamer or drink it black, having a diverse palette is what Alpine Valley Coffee is all about. These are the perky people behind the posts!
Here at Alpine Valley headquarters in Cincinnati, OH, we receive tons of products to test out for sale on our website. We thought it only made sense to let you in on our many adventures in taste testing. Today, we tried out Melville Honey Stirrers from Weymouth, MA!

The moment we received the shipment, we were extremely excited to give the brightly colored stirrers a try! They come in a variety of flavors and shapes (how cute are the honey bees?!) and were designed to melt into a hot cup of tea. We tried out Tupelo Honey, Orange Blossom, Pomegranate, and Lavender (the office fave!).

While they didn’t melt in exactly 1 minute as promised, they did eventually soften up and sweetened the tea just the right amount! So we want to know: Have you tried these honey spoons (or something similar) and are they something that would interest you? What has your experience with honey stirrers been like? Tell us here!

There’s just about nothing cuter in the coffee world than k-cups for Keurig brewers. The uniquely colored lids really do brighten an otherwise neutral colored world of coffee. The appeal is sweetened even more when we receive seasonal k cups! Enter: Green Mountain Coffee’s Limited Edition Island Coconut ® Fair Trade Certified ™ K-Cups. They’re what we’re drinking today!

With an admittedly picky palette when it comes to coffee, I attempted to recreate a candy bar taste in this coffee. By simply adding some chocolate creamer, this summer treat transformed into a hot, delicious, liquid candy. Chocolate and coconut are a delicious pair, and are even more delicious with the taste of coffee. I will certainly be sad to see these cups go after summer! Get the K-Cups here: http://www.alpinevalleycoffee.com/green-mountain-kcups-fair-trade-island-coconut-10-pack-p-558.html and let us know what your favorite combinations are!
A very nice interactive world map of coffee consumption per capita!
