Summer is winding down (in months, not heat), and we’re already sad to see it go. But it isn’t over yet, and a morning mini-vacation to the islands is definitely in order! That’s why Wolfgang Puck Jamaica Me Crazy is What We’re Drinking Wednesday!

So maybe you aren’t really on a vacation, but in your breakroom, or kitchen. And maybe you aren’t on a tropical beach soaking up the sun. That’s okay! The lid on this k-cup does well to make you feel like you aren’t under the fluorescent lighting of your cube.
Though it isn’t mentioned anywhere on the packaging, this Wolfgang Puck K Cup has a yummy coconut flavor (and you can get it year round unlike the Green Mountain version). There are also hints of cinnamon that really make this cup pop if you want to drink it black.

This is a medium body coffee, and just light enough to be enjoyed by everyone. Wanna give it a try? Get some here!

Here at Alpine Valley Headquarters, we’re still reeling from the beautiful July 4th 3-day weekend madness of barbecues, fireworks, and Americana. Though we love America and everything it has to offer, this morning, we were craving something a little more…European. That’s why Diedrich French Roast is What We’re Drinking Wednesday!

Can we just take a moment to look at how adorable the packaging is for this Green Mountain K Cup? It goes beyond the standard k-cup lid and spices up our morning with a little “Can-Can” action, and there’s nothing wrong with that!

According to the Green Mountain description: This dark roast coffee has a toasty aroma and crisp molasses flavor. It is not for the faint of heart. This description couldn’t be more right! After sipping this musky thick flavor, our senses were teleported to a frosty winter Parisian landscape filled with lights, and inspired architecture in the 1890s. Okay, that may be an exaggeration, but we really do love this coffee, and think you will to! Get some here:www.alpinevalleycoffee.com/diedrich-french-roast-24-pack-…

Yesterday was the Summer Solstice, or the longest day (in terms of hours of Sunlight) of the entire year! Because of this, we had a difficult time waking up this morning. But have no fear, Gloria Jean’s Cappuccino K-Cups did the job, and it’s What We’re Drinking Wednesday!

Actual cappuccino recipes vary, but the most common description is espresso + steamed milk (amount of which is at your barista’s discretion). This cappuccino cup is DELICIOUS and has a nice hint of cinnamon which really makes it stand out from others.

We took ours with just a little bit of cream and sugar, but if you’d like the café experience (but lack a milk steamer) have no fear! To replicate steamed milk, put 4 oz. of milk in a container with a secure lid, shake it until it’s bubbly, and then microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds! Top with a bit of cinnamon and ENJOY!
A very nice interactive world map of coffee consumption per capita!
